1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Best K Locksmith for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Best K Locksmith provides professional locksmith services in Ottawa and surrounding areas, including but not limited to emergency lockout assistance, car key programming and replacement, residential lock services, and commercial security solutions. All services are subject to availability and our technician's assessment on-site.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

• All pricing is provided as a quote before work begins. You have the right to decline any service after receiving the quote, before work starts.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit, and cash.
• Payment is due upon completion of service.
• Service call fees, if applicable, are disclosed before dispatch and are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site.
• Emergency and after-hours calls may carry additional service fees, which will be disclosed before any work begins.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To receive service from Best K Locksmith, you must:

• Provide valid government-issued photo identification confirming your identity
• For property services: provide documentation confirming your right to access the property (ownership documents, lease, utility bill with address)
• For vehicle services: provide vehicle registration, insurance documents, or matching ID
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during the service

Best K Locksmith reserves the right to refuse service if satisfactory identification or authorization cannot be established, for the protection of all parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Best K Locksmith provides professional services using industry-standard techniques. While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicle systems not caused by our work
• Damage resulting from the use of non-destructive entry where the lock or door was in a weakened or compromised condition prior to service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

Our maximum liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service call.

6. Warranty on Workmanship

Best K Locksmith stands behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work is identified within 30 days of service, we will return to correct it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or issues unrelated to our original service.
